자주 작정을 하면서 어떤 일을 도모한다면
마치 뿌리가 뻗지 않은 나무에서 열매가 맺기를 기대하는 것과 같아,
생각대로 결과가 나오지 않는 것입니다.
옮겨 심은 나무가 상당한 시간이 걸려야 깊이 뿌리내리듯
작정은 오래 하고, 마음먹은 바를 깊이 간직해야 결실이 나오는 것입니다.

There should not be a change once one minded.
It is not easy to make one's mind up and once one made one's mind up,

It is like expecting bear the fruit from the tree that is not rooted
when one attempts certain things by making one's mind up frequently,
the result won't come up as expected.
